Family Council

Family Council is an organized, self-led, self-determining, democratic group composed of family and care partners of the Elders of Marshall Gowland Manor.

The Council serves as a support group to work with Elders, their family members and management staff.  The Council allows family members and care partners to bring forward suggestions to improve care and services.

Residents’ Council

The Residents’ Council offers a means through which you as an Elder can make suggestions, participate in decisions, and share in the planning of daily activities.  The Council represents all Elders of Marshall Gowland Manor.

Meetings are held regularly, and all Elders are welcome to attend.  Meeting minutes are posted in the home for Elders and families to review.
