Care Partners

We recognize that in order for you to thrive and flourish, we must also include and support your care partners. To do so, we offer the following support:

  • Social work services

  • Newsletters with information and updates about the Home

  • Referrals to community supports when required (Alzheimer Society Sarnia-Lambton, Family Counselling Centre)

  • Family Council meetings and information board

  • Opportunities to take part in activities with people who live in the Home

  • Areas to enjoy meals and visits together

Please note, that if you go to the Home where you or your loved one is residing, you can find the menu and monthly activity calendar posted.
