How to Express Concerns

How to Express Concerns

Your opinions are what drive our programs. There are a number of avenues for you to let us know what is important to you. You can participate in our Resident or Family Councils; these groups meet regularly and provide input into the services we offer. They are also a great way to meet other Elders or family members and to share experiences.

If you have a suggestion or a concern about anything, please talk to one of the staff members right away. They will pass your information on or direct you to the most appropriate person to assist you.

You can also request a meeting with the care team at any time to discuss your plan of care or address any other needs or concerns.

Another option to let us know your thoughts is by completing a Suggestions, Concerns & Complaints Form. These are reviewed by our Leadership team, who will respond back to you with an action plan.

If you have an unresolved concern, you can contact the Ministry of Long-Term Care through the Long-Term Care Family Support and Action line directly at 1-866-434-0144 .
