About Us

For more than 50 years, County staff together with Auxiliary volunteers have been working with the community-at-large and with our generous donors to raise essential funds for the Homes.

Each year, County staff and Auxiliary volunteers meet to identify equipment and program needs.  This ensures our annual fundraising goals are clearly defined, and donor dollars are directed to the areas of greatest need.  We will achieve this goal through various fundraising initiatives such as special events, direct mail appeals, major gift and planned giving programs, tribute program and family fundraising campaign and staff campaign.  We work to create meaningful philanthropic opportunities that further the mission of the Homes while meeting the interests of donors and sponsors.

Community Giving
Much like our residents, we at the Homes want to be active members in the community and we are committed to contributing in meaningful ways. This commitment goes beyond our residents and clients. It extends to communities in which we live and work in through our philanthropic initiatives that allow residents, family and team members an opportunity to support community based organizations in our neighbourhood.

At the County of Lambton, we take pride in our culture of giving, and we are fortunate to have so many residents, families and employees inspired about giving back.
