An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2024
Participants will participate in an exercise program moving through multiple movements and stretches. Exercise balls, weights and bands may be used during the program. At the end of exercise the participants will participate in a guided meditation.
